Jeg fant en ny utfordringsblogg (ja, ny for meg..) som jeg tenkte jeg skulle teste; That's Just So Cute. Utfordringen jeg slenger meg med på er She's So Cute #19.

There's this great challenge at Scrappehuset this month where you have to make a layout in a certain style. No surprise - I choose vintage!

Did any of you get the H&M Home Magazine in the mail? It's aweeesome!! I love the pages, and it gave me tons of inspiration. I've actually torn out on of the pages in it and used it as background on this layout. The picture already had this vintage feeling and that made it so much fun to work with.

And the pictures are, of course, of our little family.

I made this book with lots of Hambly and other goodies, so that maybe I can finally remember all those important birthdays - my family and friends. I haven't gathered all the dates yet, but I will. So don't feel offended if you think your name should be there and it's not.

{{ My First Snow }}

This month has been, and still is, so hectic that I can't even find 5 minutes to clear my head. It's been all about work, family and Christmas. I've had a few days off now - really needed that, but tomorrow I start working again. I don't think my scraps will appear on the table again before next year, unfortunately. I miss it, but right now I don't have the energy..

I dont't like to leave an "empty" post without any photos, so I'll show you yet another layout of mine that were published in the latest issue of "Vi Scrapper" - My First Snow.

Never Forget Where You Belong

My first contribution to Minnerikets Summerschool Challenge. Their Summerschool has 18 different challenges, so I have a lot more to choose from. I'm already working on another one, a card actually. I'll show you when it's done..

Breathe In, Breathe Out {Scrapping the Music}

Finally, I made some time for a challenge at Scrapping the Music again. The instant I read the song title {Breathe In, Breathe Out} on their blog, I knew which picture to choose.

This is my oldest son, Nikolai. I was only 18, and scared enough as it was - being young and pregnant for the first time.
Nikolai was born december 17. in 2003 - two months earlier than we expected him too. I'm still fighting the tears just writing about this, and it's really hard to find the right words to describe what we were going through. It was a long road, with many ups and downs, and with a lot of different emotions. I was happy to be a mother and terrified to loose my son. I felt so helpless, and the days went by so slowly... But after a month in the hospital, we were able to bring our little prince home! *happy tears*
This experience was a huge turning point in my life, and it has everything to do with whom I am today.

Nikolai is now a normal and healthy four year old boy!! My heart belongs to him and his little brothers...

Adorable {Scrapjacked - Aline}

Finally, it's done, the second scrapjack in march. :) I felt stuck with this one for ages, didn't quite now how to finish it. But here it is. Would not let the chance to scrapjack Aline pass me by - love all her work, absolutely everything she makes. I take a lot of inspiration from her, specially when it comes to decorating with paper, and using ink (wow). By the way, you should see my fingers right now.
